Sati Pasala Programme at Pothgul Viharaya, Angunawela
Sati Pasala mindfulness programme was held at Pothgul Viharaya, Angunawela on 9th of April 2019. The programme was organized by the Probation and Child Care Officer, Angunawela in an attempt to develop the mental health of the members representing Children’s Society in the area. Most ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero conducted the programme and about 20 children and 5 adults participated. Mindful activities like Mindful Listening, Mindful Sitting, Mindful Walking, Mindful Eating and several Mindful games were introduced to give the message of mindfulness to the participants.

Sati Pasala Programme at Lankathilaka Maha Vidyalaya
Sati Pasala facilitators visited Lankathilaka Maha Vidyalaya on 26th of March 2019. The programme was conducted by Ven. Thilakadhamma Thero and participated by 100 students. The students were guided to practice several mindful activities including mindful walking, mindful sitting, mindful eating, mindful listening and mindful games as well. At the end of the programme, they shared their experience with Sati Pasala facilitators.

Sati Pasala Mindfulness Programme for Primary Teachers in Jaffna District
Sati Pasala mindfulness programme was organized by the All Ceylon Union for Teachers (ACUT) for primary teachers in Jaffna district at St. John’s College on 23rd of March 2019. The president of ACUT Mrs. Angela Eijesinghe coordinated the programme and Mindful Facilitator Isfan H. Mohamed conducted the programme. Mindful activities such as Mindful Sitting, Mindful Walking, Mindful Eating, Mindful Listening and Mindful Games were conducted to give the message of mindfulness to about 60 teachers who participated in the programme.
