බල/ජය/ කොට්ටාව උතුර ධර්මපාල මහා විද්‍යාලයේ සිසුන් සඳහා පවත්වන ලද සති පාසල වැඩසටහන 2020 පෙබරවාරි මස 10 වෙනි දින කඩුවෙල බෝමිරිය සති පාසල පරිශ්‍රයේ දී පවත්වන ලදී. කඩුවෙල සති පාසලේ ප්‍රධාන අනුශාසක ගෞරවනීය අතුරුගිරියේ ධම්මවිහාරී ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේ විසින් වැඩසටහන මෙහෙයවනු ලැබීය. මෙහිදී සිසුන් සතිමත් ඉඳ ගැනීම, ඇවිදීම, ආහාර ගැනීම, සවන් දීම සහ සති ක්‍රීඩා යන සතිමත් ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වල පුහුණු වූ අතර එදිනෙදා ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වල සතිය පිහිටු වන ආකාරය සාකච්ඡාවට බඳුන් විය.

Sati Pasala programs were held at OKI International School in Kiribathgoda and Negombo branches on 14th and 20th January 2020. The programs were attended by all school teachers. Mindful Sitting, Mindful Walking, Mindful Listening, Mindful Eating, Mindful Games and several mindful activities were conducted during each of the programs. The school principal and teachers actively participated with much enthusiasm.

Sati Pasala mindfulness programme was conducted at Wadduwa Balika Vidyalaya, Kaluthara on 9th January 2020. The programme was conducted by Sati Pasala Facilitators and all students with staff members participated. Mindful Walking, Sitting, Eating, Listening and mindful games were used to give the massage of mindfulness to students and how to be mindful during day to day school activities were introduced.

Sati Pasala program was held at Doragala MV, Kothmale on the 1st of October 2019. About 200 students from grades 1 to 11 participated in the program which was conducted by Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero. Mindful facilitators conducted key mindful activities such as mindful sitting, mindful walking, mindful eating, mindful listening, and several mindful games to give the message of mindfulness to the participants.

About 30 staff members took part in the program which was conducted by the Kandy mindful facilitators.
