Harangalla Tea Factory has organized another Sati Pasala programme at Govil Kanishta Vidyalaya on 18th February 2019. The programme ran from alone the day as three sessions. This programme was held according to a request done by the teachers. All the teachers and the students were very Interesting and dedicated to learning sathiya. It is intended to continue Sati Pasala to go under student welfare. They have identified the thousands of benefits of learning and practicing Sathiya. So that they request audio clips for their school. Sathiya audio clips for the school assembly, periods starting and lunchtime were handed over to the principal. They need to follow Sathiya and take the maximum benefits of Sathiya. There was a discussion about how to control our feelings and emotions. The school teachers and prefects gave their maximum contribution to us to organize. The teachers were satisfied with this programme and after a successful discussion had been done, Sati Sangamaya was established in that school.

Sati Pasala programme was held at Nawalapitiya Central College on 13th February 2019 for students and teachers along the day. There were four sessions for four groups of students. There are more than 750 students and teachers participated. The first session was from 8.00 am to 10.00am for A/L students, Second session was from 10.00am to 11.30 am for O/L students, third session was from 12.00pm to 1.30pm for grade 8 and grade 9 students and the last session was from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm for grade 7, 6 and 5 students.
Students were guided to practice several mindful activities including mindful walking, mindful sitting, mindful eating, mindful listening and mindful games as well. When we went to school we feel that they are not well organized and they have some negative attitudes. They do not give their maximum contribution to us in the morning. But after holding one session, they felt about the programme and they get together & help us to continue the other sessions. The teachers who dislike the programme previously made a request to hold a programme for teachers and students.
