Sati Pasala Programme at St. Andrew’s College
Dartry Valley Tea Factory organized Sati Pasala programme at St .Andrew’s College on 4th October 2018 at 9.30pm. More than 75 teachers and students participated in this program.
The program was conducted by Ven. Athurugiriye Dhammawihari Thero under the direct guidance of the Managing Director- Mr. Ranjana Gamini Walpola and Director Thanura Panapitiya.
All the students enthusiastically participated in the program. Being in the present moment was introduced through Mindful sitting, Mindful waling, Mindful games and Mindful Eating .
