Sati Pasala for Gurudeniya Maha Vidyalaya, Gurudeniya was conducted by mindful facilitators of Sati group Kandy together with Venerable Piyananda Thero. There were about One Hundred and Fifty children and Ten teachers. Primary mindfulness (Sati Mathraya), mindful sitting, mindful walking, mindful eating, mindful games and benefits of being mindful were introduced. How to be mindful in everyday skills/ work also introduced to them with Sati Pasala video clips.
