Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Experiences of Mindfulkids @ Dunedin – from the Dunedin Support Group

Dunedin Mindfulness class was held on 3rd, September 2016. After a brief introduction on what mindfulness is and why do children need to be Mindful, the session started by first listening to the healing sound of the Singing Bowl to calm down their body & mind. The children then practised walking and Lying down mindfulness sessions followed by a friendly discussion about their experiences. After a story time about mindfulness, the session was concluded by giving “High Five” to each other joyfully.
