Sati Pasala program was conducted to Presidents and Vice Presidents of Children Societies in the Central Province on the 6th of December 2019.
The program which was attended by about 100 students from grade 6 and above was organized by the Samurdhi Maha Sangamaya, Central Province.
The program was conducted by Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma thero and was held at the Dunumadalawa Forest Reserve auditorium.
Mindful Facilitators conducted mindful listening, mindful sitting, mindful walking, mindful eating and several other mindful games for all the participants to share the message of mindfulness.Â
