Mindfulness for Government officials in Balangoda

Officials from several government organizations in Balangoda practiced mindfulness with Ven Dhammavihari at New Hopewell Tea Factory on 13th July 2018. In this program, about 100 government employees participated in guided mindfulness walking, sitting and listening. The bhante and participants discussed how to be mindful in the day to day activities in a working environment. 70% of the participants said that they are already practicing Mindfulness for 30 minutes every morning at work.
