Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Duration – 9.30 am to 3.00 pm with a tea & lunch break
Ven.Karuwalagaswewa Anuruddha, under whose guidance the centre is established & two other monks were present.
About 30 children from grades 4 to 6 were guided by Mallika, whilst the adolescents & the parents numbering approximately 30 were familiarized with ‘Sati’ by Chula, through a power point presentation. He further discussed how the practice can be cultivated in all 4 postures, and the many benefits of cultivating this practice; both for parents as well as students.
