Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala at Dammadinna Assramaya, Talapathpitiya

Sati Pasala mindfulness programme was held at Dammadinna Assramaya, Talapathpitiya on 28th of October 2018. The programme was attended by 25 children. Sati Pasala facilitators plan to continue this programme twice a month on Sunday 3.00pm to 5.00pm.

Mindful Activities Done:
1. Mindful Sitting
2. Mindful Walking
3. Mindful Listening
4. Mindful Eating
5. Mindfulness in day-to-day work
