Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala at Sri Subadraramaya, Boyagama Galigamuwa

Sati Pasala programme was organized at Sri Subadraramaya, Boyagama Galigamuwa on 24th of February 2019. The programme was conducted by most Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero and about 150 students participated in the event which was also attended by several government officials and parents. Key mindful activities including Mindful Walking, Mindful Listening, Mindful Sitting and Mindful Eating was conducted along with several mindful games to introduce mindfulness to students.
