Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala Mindfulness programme at Sri Devagiri Vihara Temple Dhamma School

A successful Sati Pasala Mindfulness programme was held for Dhamma School students on 30th September 2018 at Sri Devagiri Vihara Temple, Wariyapola Yahalegedara. The participants consisted of about 200 students from 20 Dhamma Schools and 20 adults. The programme started at 8.00 am and concluded at 3.30 pm. The programme was organized by Mrs. Nanda Dissanayaka and conducted by Ven. Dhammadeepa Thero, Mr. Hemantha Ranawaka and Ms. Mallika Jayaratne. There was a very good response from the participants and they wanted to conduct another Sati Pasala programme again.
