Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala Program at Divurum Bodhi Viharaya, Ampitiya

Sati Pasala program was held at Divurum Bodhi Viharaya, Ampitiya on the 14th of August 2019. The program was organized for about 200 people who were obtaining Sil on the Poya day. Mindful facilitators conducted key mindful activities such as mindful listening, mindful walking, mindful sitting and mindful eating for the participants to give the message of mindfulness.
