At the 10th Global Conference on Buddhism to be held in Toronto, on June 17th Venerable Dhammajiva will be addressing a Panel discussion on:
‘Are we building Mindful or a mindless society? It’s time to rethink’Â
 He will be speaking on: Teaching mindfulness and compassion in schools: building a less violent society for future generations.
He will be presenting the Sati Pasala story during his presentation.
​Earlier, on that same day he will be addressing the gathering on:
Mindfulness methods used in Buddhist meditation
​During both these sessions a Q and A will allow a discussion on mindfulness and the Sati Pasala initiative.​
​At the end of the Conference he will conduct a guided mindfulness siting meditation to the entire group.​
The Conference will also have as participants several spiritual dignitaries such as Ajahn Brahmavanso.
